When she was 16 she started modeling. It was more of a hobby than a career path. When she was 18, she sent photos to agencies and began working immediately. Her first job in modeling was with a real estate infomercial. She was contracted by a lot of modeling agencies locally and this opportunity opened up more doors for her. At first, she modeled for swimwear but then she was called upon to work for Ford Motor Company on a full-time basis.
Next, she went to TV where she appeared on various shows, Carson Daly Show, The Nick and Jessica Variety Show, and the WB Morning Show. She was an actor in the independent movie, Vegas Baby with Chuck Liddel. After this, she went to UFC to work as an Octagon girl. The UFC opportunity came as a result of the press taking her photo and posting it on an MMA website at a boxing match. James Pena, the trainer with UFC, approached her and told her that he was looking for a new Octagon girl. She went for an interview and has been working with the company since then.
